Communication...

It's hard to communicate with ppl when u cant even reach them...
I dunno y...

If you dun reply to ur grp members,then,no point to work as a grp isnt it?

First,u din make things clear to ppl and u din do things as according to wat u've promised.

Second,as a grp leader,u din even meet the basic requirement,tt's to reply to ur member.Even if you may not noe how to ans ur group members,u can just discuss with them.

Thirdly,as a grp leader,you shld nvr rank urself higher than your member,u shld move together with them,u can question abt anything u do not noe oso...

Then oso,u feel that u do not perform well,den y bother abt telling ppl u din do ur part well n not looking into this matter and improve?

U tell me u think u din do ur role well,den so wat?

Leaders can be nurture,y dun u juz try to take up the responsibility instead of avoiding it?

Y u nvr share ur prob with ur members n u nvr communicate with them,how do u expect them to noe wat u r thinking?

I really dun understand how ur mind works...

This blog is juz for me to grumble abt my unhappiness...

Ytd,I chiong to finish my proj part,cos u say the next day gt meeting,need to compile already...
Then ytd, I have to study for my Jap test and IFA re-test,n I din slp the whole night...
I drank 3 cups of coffee...
Then u told me u cancelled the meeting...
Cos u haven finish ur proj part...

I understand...
I noe...
It's hard to finish everything at a go,u may not finish ur part of the proj,I understand...
But,if so,can u pls tell us(grp members) earlier?

Did u noe tt I din finish study my tests?
I am angry becos of my own incapability to let u c the importance of communication and if can,I am sure,I wun hold myself back anymore n will speak up my mind from now on...

Ytd,I did badly for my tests,was expected...
After the tests,I took bus hm,slept on bus uncontrollably and the moment after I finished my dinner when I reached hm,I totally cant stand liao,lied on the sofa and I slp till 4am then woke up...
Ltr gt to do my e-learning chat...
Will b at hm till 5.30pm to go teach tuition...
K lah...
