Cos I tot my 2.4km is 16.42min when it's 16.09min...(I tot I'll get Bronze...)

Tt's y gt Silver instead of Bronze I guess...

Well well,I will still join the Jan's Napfa cos to accompany Ros n SuYi,but most imptly is cos I wanna get a gold...=X

4yrs back is all gold de leh...(During Sec sch...)

This time round,the 5 items I did not do really well...
All items I juz hit the Grade A den I stop,to conserve my energy...
Used to chiong for the max of wat I can do de,but now change strategy,cos already 4yrs nvr exercise,scare cmi for 2.4km...=X

Quite disappointed with Sit n Reach de,cos I used to get 5 pts,Grade A for it de lo...
Now 4pts,Grade B...=/

But as for Standing Board Jump,seriously I very happy lah,though it's juz a grade C,cos I last time used to have problem with tt n I always struggle with it de...
This time round,also dunno y,maybe cos my bro told me how he jump(he jumped 253cm for his Napfa...),tt's y tt day can jump de bah...

Ok lah,dun say I BHB or wat lah hor,cos I'm doing self-comparison mah,compare now with my past results,tt's y I feel tt I am not as gd as before lah...=X

A little expectation for myself only,no offence or watever...

And also ah,today hor...
The driving instructor forget he today suppose to teach me driving de...=.=

Suffered from the aftermath of my Napfa(ytd),I was walking like a robot today...
It's ok on flat ground,but not ok for stairs and when I wanna sit or from sit-to-stand position...=X

Stupid lo...=X

Well well,after lecture,stayed back to watch video with Loo,den after tt went to Park Mall's Fish & Co...

Had dinner with SSUCC at Fish & Co...=X
The Fish & Co not bad sia,still gt live band somemore...

Wahahaha...

Had Fish n Chip...
Drank Ice latte also...
Very full...

Okay lah,not bad...

Din have enough slp ytd nitez,very gan chiong regarding today's Napfa...
Then early in the morning LS...=X

Then after lectures,went for Napfa with most TA05 ppl,den I'm the first gal,number tag is 03...=)

My five items gt mostly As,scored 22 out of 25 pts...
Can get gold de lo...
Haha...

Then then,suay ah...
My 2.4km pulled me down...

The item b4 2.4km is sit-up,I tio leg cramp while doing my sit-up,den even b4 running 2.4km,my leg is still a bit cramp lo...(even during my run...=/)
Haiz...

Then after running the 2nd round(Total 6 rounds),my toes all tio blisters...
Reason being,I did not wear track shoe...

I juz put on my normal Converse sneaker n run liao...
Cos I dun have track shoe,n though I borrowed from my aunt,but hers is big for me to fit in,so in the end I din wear it lo...

Wrong decision man...
The blisters were so painful tt I cant really walk properly lo,not to say run liao...
In the end I walk+run for the last 4 rounds...

After everything,I went to the toilet to get change(after most TA05 ppl left) and left sch at ard 6.30pm-7pm...
Went to Hougang to help mum buy detergent(3kg) n help my bro buy some stuffs,n makan le before going home...=X

Now having difficulties walking,was limbing abt...

As expected lah,4yrs nvr exercise liao,n I did not train or prepare for this Napfa...

Think I will get Bronze cos my running timing is ard 16.42min(4yrs back was 14.30min lo)...=(

I left class earlier for my doctor appointment at Tan Tock Seng Hospital...
Haha...

Took me quite some time to get there from sch,wait for a long time to get to see the doctor,yet only see the doctor for few min(only tok 2-3 sentences nia!) n queue for very long time to make payment...

The in charge doctor was different this time round,not the guy tt I used to see,but a chio trainee doctor...

She only told me tt my medical report is ok,juz tt blood pressure a bit low,den can go liao,then also told me the next appointment date like tt...

Like tt my $$ fly again...

Then meet KY for dinner at The Cathay,we ate Sushi,Ramen...etc

Then after tt went Bugis alone to buy some shirts n also bermudas...

Today tio flu,headache n slight fever cum gastric pain,all at a go!
Was feeling unwell in sch,after tt on the way home on bus,gastric pain till I really feel like dying...=X
Then very tired also,wanna slp...

So it's like I wanna slp yet gastric pain n headache n running nose...

The pain is so great tt I cant straighten my body to walk tt kind...=/

I went to TanTockSengHospital(TTSH) to draw blood for blood test & ...etc in the morning.
Heavy Rain.

I din slp the whole nitez actually.
I dunno y, insomnia or wat and the whole nitez I felt so uneasy,felt so blue...

I walked out of my room to the living room,at ard 2-3am? Guess wat?
My dad was drunk n he slpt on the floor.
He puked on the floor,disgusting substances with Martell's smell.

I din care abt it at all...
I went back to my room...

I only go out in the morning ard 8.30am to head to TTSH...

Btw,he already sort of cleared his mess,wat did he do?
Anyhow get a cloth,cleared those substances away,I mean,he did not really clean it,haiz,dunno how to phrase it,in the end is my mum cleared de...

The moment I step out of the hse,my dad asked me where I going...
I said I going TTSH,he said,"huh,u still going meh...etc"

Pls,I've been seeing the doctor for ard 4yrs le,I footed all the bills n of cos u dunno lah...

Nvm,forget it.

Then after tt I went to TTSH,after drawing blood,at tt very moment,I felt very cold all of a sudden and I shivered,really shivered,the whole body,even the teeth!
No kidding!

I quickly go buy hot milo man!
Heng the milo nvr spill...
After tt went home,on the way called home to ask my mum to eat breakfast with me...
In the end my dad also joined in,sian...=.=

After tt I went home,starts to study for my Driving Final Theory Test...
Less an hr spent...

Took cab down,feeling very anxious.

It's the second time le.
Tt moment I really scared tt I would failed again...=/

During the test,the one sitting on my rite,did very fast n he left...
I turned my head a bit n saw his computer screen...
"Passed" was on his computer screen...=X

Then I carried on with checking my ans...
I finished at ard 10min,but I checked again...

While I'm checking,the gal on my left,she left the seat...

Again,I turned to c c,waseh,"Passed" also!
Very stressed ok! =X

Then after tt I touched on the screen,"End the test".

Given a min or so,my screen appeared...
"PASSED"

Woohoo!!!
I so happy tt moment!
I sms-ed some frenz,den after ard 5min,yea 5min,I dun feel excited anymore,neutral,only felt tired,wanna slp...

I today really Monday blues...
The whole day having the "sad" mood...

Today's plan was a bit out though...

Went for my Driving Final Theory Trial Test this morning...
Then the person in charge said tt the computer system was down and we all had to use hardcopy to do n mark ourselves...
(Heng is trial,cos I flunk it...=X Really muz study sia,cos my actual test is on coming Mon!!!)

Then hor then hor,I was early,so I went over to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for my appt thingy & to collect a thingy...

Then I went home,after tt,KaiYun & WeiMing came fetch me and we went over to Clementi K Box...=)

Sorry to all,paiseh tt we were late,becos of me...(Somemore I'm the organizer...=/)

Once again sorry,I had enjoyed too much tt I think I keep singing,with/without mic also sing,kinda like snatch ppl's song sia...=X
Sorry,no offence,I will control next tym...=X

After today,I realized that having enough slp,then sing one or two songs to warm up and to sing with a bit of imagination(feeling) and I can sing better...=X

On Sat,gonna go TTSH for my appt in the morning,then after tt gonna go for my Driving Final Theory Trial Test,then after tt gonna go for K Session with KaiYun they all...

Then Dinner time,OMG!!!

1) Chris's B'dae Celebration (My Cousin)

2) YPS End of Year Dinner (My Primary School's D&D)
-Oh dear,the current principal(my former Primary School Teacher),sms-ed me! So honoured! =X

3) ShuHui's B'dae Celebration (My Fren's B'dae)

4) Stick with KaiYun they all for the Vienna International Buffet...

Haiz...

The CheeseCake like too soft...haiz...

Still not up to the standard of my aunt's...

It's the 2nd try though,will experiment more...=X

Also will try to make Tiramisu the next tym...

After spending so much on the ingredients to make those cakes,then ask frenz to eat,it's the thought that counts ok...=X

Wahahaha...

They all eat le say not bad leh...(I think they bluff me bah...=X)

I taste the cake is so-so only...=/

I dun really like CheeseCake,so I usually only taste a bit nia,then nice or not,I also not really sure de lo...but edible lah...=X

Was drinking juz now,with Kaiyun,Weiming,Wilson n Uncle Cow juz now at Halo Bar...

We reached there ard 12.30am...
Drink till 2am cos it closes at 2am...

After the drinking session,we went to have supper...
Not really supper but we drank some warm drinks to warm/wake ourselves up...
