Unreasonable educated ppl are always around...

N I feel that there's an increase trend of ppl getting more n more unreasonable...

Juz now when work,served an unreasonable ctm...
Looks educated...(OL)

Bengawan Solo close at 10pm sharp...
It's already 10.15pm...
Thru that transparent door,Auntie Swee Ching,Auntie Goh n me still saw a lady knocking the door,we told her that the shop closed liao...
She reply,"I cant hear wat you all are toking..."
(How fake it is when we shouted so loud...)

She pull up our door,walk in and said,"I wan to order cake."
We replied,"Our shop are closed,pls come tomorrow."
She exclaimed,"I called,your staff said that if I wan to get the cake by this Sat,must order on Wed lo,if I order tomorrow,can I still get the cake on Sat morning?"
Auntie Goh said,"Can,but only after 6pm on Sat."

She continued,"No,I wan it on Sat morning."
She insisted,"I called and your staff told me I can order cake tonight and now you tell me cant,so how?"
She stood there expect us to take her order...
Unreasonably that the shop are closed and still have help you take the cake order...

I actually replied her,"but you came a little too late,we are closed,and of course the factory and office are also closed already."
She insisted we take her order and said,"cant you make it an urgent order and it's ok if I were to pay more,I'm fine with it."

I said,"It's not the money prob,the prob is that the factory may not have enough time to make that cake..."
(*There are not only you one customer who order cake lo)

"If not,you can buy the display cake lo..."
"But you all dun have the disney design rite? I wan this designed cake!"

She still stood there,"So how? You all are not giving me a solution!"
(I feel like scolding her for being so unreasonable,we already told you we are closed,all inventory,register are also closed,wat do you expect us to do? Who ask you to be so last minute?)

Auntie Goh called up the area manager.
Area manager said,"Nvm lah,take her order lo,den key her order tomorrow.But have to fax it now to the factory."
(Normal cake order proceeding is that the staff take the cake order,key into computer,den key in the register,den fax it to the factory and finally,file it in.)

Den nvm,help her take cake order,she said she already have the brochure,she wan the Mickey cake...When she wrote her address,she asked me,"This address is a condo leh,ur deliveryman noe tha place or not?"
(She kind of proud,isnt it? When u hear her tone,u noe wat I mean.)
I replied,"If he dunno,he will call you to ask for the direction."

Den after I took her order,she keep flipping the catalog(All cake designs) and asked,"I think this cake design(another cake design) is better rite? Or wat do you think huh?"
(Pls lah,make ur decision already then dun change le mah,do you noe it's already off operation hour le? Obviously you noe it cos...)

After making her final decision,she ordered the cake and then she speak in a polite manner,
"Sorry to take up ur time huh,thks ah,you know lo,I am very busy with work and that's y today is abit late lah..."
(You bz,the rest not meh?Funny,ppl can order 3 days or even a week in advance,u cant meh?)

(Wat de...When we refuse to take your order,u gave us a black face and tok to us as if we owe u millions of dollar...Den after we took ur cake order,den another manner...)

Haiz,her child is only 1 yr old nia,you can buy any design de cake de mah...

Looked educated,however,makes ppl feel like she's uncivilized...=/
