Cos I tot my 2.4km is 16.42min when it's 16.09min...(I tot I'll get Bronze...)

This time round,the 5 items I did not do really well...
All items I juz hit the Grade A den I stop,to conserve my energy...
Used to chiong for the max of wat I can do de,but now change strategy,cos already 4yrs nvr exercise,scare cmi for 2.4km...=X

Quite disappointed with Sit n Reach de,cos I used to get 5 pts,Grade A for it de lo...
Now 4pts,Grade B...=/

But as for Standing Board Jump,seriously I very happy lah,though it's juz a grade C,cos I last time used to have problem with tt n I always struggle with it de...
This time round,also dunno y,maybe cos my bro told me how he jump(he jumped 253cm for his Napfa...),tt's y tt day can jump de bah...

Ok lah,dun say I BHB or wat lah hor,cos I'm doing self-comparison mah,compare now with my past results,tt's y I feel tt I am not as gd as before lah...=X
